Squealing brakes at startup in cold weather

The brakes on my wife's truck, a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo Sport, squeal pretty loudly when we first drive the car in the morning. Didn't do this in the summer, but now that it's cold (was .5 this morning) it's pretty consistent. Once things warm up, it seems to be fine, with no noise. Truck is garaged.

Any thoughts? Should we have this looked at? The truck has about 20k miles.
 
The slider pins on the fronts probably need to be lubricated. I suspect that the brakes are sticking on slightly from the last application while parking the truck. Driving will knock the pads back fractionally (few discs are perfectly flat) and end the squeal.

Alternately, you've lost one of the pad retraction springs that are supposed to prevent this. In either case, it's not an emergency (won't lead to brake failure, but may decrease pad life), but should be attended to before too long. Having fully functional brakes is nice.
