squeaky rear wheel

I noticed a bit last year, and again today, a squeak/grindy sound from right rear when rolling slowly around garage/drive (probably there all the time but can't hear it over the exhaust).
I did rear wheel bearings not too long ago but is that what I'm hearing?

Better start with adjusting the brakes I suppose.

Jack up the rear end and spin wheel by hand, that should get you closer to the noise. my guess is brakes.

Backing plate rubbing the drum?

Yep, backing plate rubbing on drum or brake shoe draging.
