The car is off the road for awhile in order to facilitate the "make pretty" phase of the project. I have been kicking around the idea of welding my fenders to my hood and making a forward tilt bonnet out of the beast.

Has anyone done this?

Anyone have any thoughts or ideas on how to achieve this?

Anyone have some really good reasons for me NOT to do this?
 
Sounds like a fine idea, just make some provision so that the headlights don't crush on the street whenever you open the lid.

A guy in Dayton here has that setup already finished that camewith 2 Spridgets he picked up in Columbus a few weeks ago. If you're interested I can find out if he is serious on selling.
