If it is a webpage just copy and paste the link to the body of your post {somewhere in the text} for a pic youll need to upload the pic to an image hoasting site like Photobucket then to post the image here you just do this

EXAMPLE of the webaddress: https://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u254/AweMan_Photos/image5.jpg
This address wil work to view the pic by clicking the link BUT .... If you want the pic to display without clicking use the [/IMG] before and after the web address.

I forgot to mention try to edit your images to a reasonable size, IE. in .jpg format somewhere between 50 & 75 Kb or less.
