In the event the I am going to install new front bushings, I want to prep my spare parts. I have an early front end end with all the parts on it and I want to disassemble, blast prime & paint. Which parts are interchangable to my '74?

Any parts pre rubber bumper!

Sweet. I'll start taking it apart and degreasing to get ready for the blaster. Are there any parts that should not be blasted?

Blast them all, but protect threads and anywhere a bushing sits. Threads can be cleaned with a brass brush. Pivot shafts do well with a bit of emery cloth. Female bushings receptacles can be cleaned nicely with a brake cylinder hone or emery cloth and lots of finger effort.

I guess you coated yours in Por. Por does not require a primer, right.

Oh, just make sure the parts you're using are set up for the front sway bar....

Por does not use a primer. It bonds to the metal directly. I used it on my entire front cross member and suspension, and the rear axle and brakes. It's been bomb proof so far and is still glossy like new.
