Spring Maintenance Reminder- Rear Axle U Bolts

Bugsy has been handling a little strangely with apparent unsteadiness after letting off gas at high speed. Thanks to something posted here last week I checked the Rear Axle U Bolts. Each bolt needed at least 2 full turns to feel tight. These bolts loosen up over time, originally they were metal nylocks I believe intended for one time tightening.

Put tightening Rear Axle U bolts on your Spring Maintenance List. Takes 5 minutes but definitely a difference in handling / stability after tightening.

How tight to make them? I'm told they can't be too tight.

Get some nylocks that fit.
