Spring is here(?) in was above freezing here today so out came the cars. Everything started up after a little coaxing, and I took the MGB out for a drive. Morris goes in for an alignment on Tuesday while the weather is still ok. May snow again on Thursday. It's the winter that never ends.

Took the Alfa out yesterday for a short run. Ran like a top. I keep the battery disconnected because if I don't it goes dead in 2 weeks. The TR6 is still in the garage though. I have to drive across the lawn to to get it into the driveway and the ground is still too soft. BTW - I'll be 90 years old this year.

Drew - that is quite the Garage-Mahal you have there. I have a major envy problem now! Maybe some day you can post a video of the interior?

Paul - good to see you back on BCF. Did you ever finish writing your MG story?

It's a lot of fun. My major criteria when we were looking for a new house 6 years ago was room to build a real shop. My wife's only comment was that I not build it too small. She's a good sport about my car hobby.

Not much to show on the interior of the shop. It's pretty much a plain box with shelves full of parts and a lift. One of these days I'll get around to getting it properly insulated and finished inside. I'm not complaining, it's a lot of space to work in (36' x 40').

And it is spring officially in SW OH, I mowed for the first time this last Saturday...
We're starting to take bets on when we'll be able to mow here. Right now I'm thinking July. o_O

Well,it was 78 degrees here today,& supposed to be 80 tomorrow,
& here I am working 12 hour days.

The last few days have been nice, got a lot done out in the shop. Even got the motorcycle out for a bit.

Supposed to snow today. 🥶

Things are picking up here in the UK, weathers warming up April showers, cut the lawns twice during my 4 four days off, first and last day,
At night when its quiet you can hear the darn stuff growing

Used to work with a guy who here in the states one summer, and one summer only, contracted for one of those services that come around and spray fertilizers in the spring and once or twice a month all summer. He found himself cutting the grass 2,3 times a week till it stopped growing in the fall since it was jumping out of the ground...

First Gin on the back patio today - gorgeous weather, hopefully Ms Triss will be in the garage next Tuesday.

You're rubbing it in, JP. Snowed here today, but at least it didn't accumulate.
