Re: Spridget 50th - Lake of the Ozarks - XLNT!! 8-
Yeah, I was gonna buy a cheap ice box and ice and open the trunk and let my 300watt stereo keep us entertained one evening, but it was hard to beat the other things going on and the kegs of Sam Adams for free. We got to have another get together. Nashville is 300 miles from me straight down I40, so I could drive or tow mine, still a lot less than LOTO. I must be getting old, that drive really took it out of me. Also I had too much beer friday night and did not sleep much, or I would have went up in the lot with tequela brad and offered my home brew as well, but I was tuckered out. It was just wonderful. So much to see and not enough time to see and do it all. Wife and I went on a nice big circle route around the lake Sunday afternoon. Probably around 80 miles total, not wineries of anything just some nice roads and see the country and cross some bridges. Would have been nice to have a group of 6-10 spridgets to do a run like that. Just the sound of them together is so nice.Rik said:I plan on attending and will try to get Tony Barnhill to also attend. Kim, you should try and make it. It's a good show. If you do, bring some homade beer. I didn't try it and now wish I had.
