Spridget 3wheeling

It still feels like Winter here and so I mostly stayed inside today.

Since I'm semi-bored, I figured I'd put together some 3-wheel shots of me and friends.

One shot is actually just a wheel lock-up but still a decent shot.

The last shot is actually on two wheels. :smile-new:

Before I swapped engines, I could have put together some great 2 wheel shots... Not nearly the fun kind like yours though... Mine broke way too much stuff

Ahh Spring- it will come eventually- always has. The pics help as it too cold for me to in the garage today also. A neighbor has a Nova drag car with some 500+ c.i. and fired up the other day. It always gets my blood running to hear it.

Hey we had snow flurries in Dayton today. Spent two hours in tge garage working on Bugsy pulling PS front end apart. High of 31 felt like Spring.

Do you feel it when you're driving when a wheel gets airborne like that, or does someone show you later "Dude, you hit the three-wheel motion around that last turn!"?

Wonder who's taking all the pic's, Nial? Dose look like fun!

I generally can't feel the wheel lift. But it sort of depends on the circuit.

With the PVGP street circuit, the road drops away a lot at points and it's impossible not to do this.

Some of my other Spridget-racer pals loft the inside-front wheel even higher.

Saw a 26R Elan lift the front wheel, I would guess, a foot at RA last year avoiding a spin-out. My street spridgets would just wash out the front end. The tire's now day's must be something.

Kurt.
