Any idea what it is?

My guess is a converted bumper-car. That is definatly different! I kinda like it.

Yup... I know that car! It belongs to a friend of Bruce Weiner of the Microcar Museum in Georgia... I saw it often when I lived in Ontario, and yes it is a 1934 Raleigh Safety Seven

Here's my best photo of the car

Back in the days prior to when I had a good camera, I wish I had had a good camera when I lived in Ontario with all the neat and rare cars I saw there...

That picture was taken out front of Larry Read's house in Puslinch wasn't it?

@John-Peter

My photo was indeed taken at Larry's house, at one of the Micro North meets

Larry has been a huge help to me with my Midget - I love his collection. Does the club have a website?

@John-Peter

Micro North doesn't have a website that I'm aware of, and they aren't really a "club", just simply a bunch of folks who own oddball micro cars, who get together once a year to have fun for a weekend. Their meets are really quite informal, with zero judging of any sort.
