TR6 in Garmisch.
Old car fest in Lindau had big following, Porsches, Alfas, Lancias, even a Corvair.
Merc AMG GT at Neuschwanstein - exact flavor unknown as Germans are notorious for removing model script from the rear of their cars.

Good to see "ein Oldtimer" among the state-of-the-art cars.

One of my favourite Top gear clips - TR6 as a bloke's car - abour 2:53 is the german connection.

"If it went to the lavatory, it would leave the seat up".

That is *hysterical*!

Too bad the USA models were required to have Brustwarzen for a while ...

These mid 80s Golfs when modified were sleepers on the autobahn.

GT 3 touring - have seen 3, no big wing plus some creature comforts, but same engine and suspension, what a way to tour!

Saw an exotic Italian - Frangivento - for sale in a storefront for €3.5M. I’ll take a pic with my phone and post.

We saw a pristine TR4 driving in Munich. Also saw a Harcan, should have gotten a picture because you could hear it well before it got there.
Frangivento as promised.

The Lamborghini Huracan is just a tad out of my price range ...

The last two times I went driving just a few km west of here I saw 2 lambos within a block of each other - and not the same cars twice. I am just not interested in that common a car.

I have a mate who is a classic Lamborghini guy. And very generous. We met at a charity event and he is is in a different league !!!! On the first meeting of the uk Lamborghini north west meeting he asked if I would drive one of his cars to the pub.
to my surprise he handed me the keys to his white Miura
I loved it. First 40sec of the video needs sound ;)

We’ve seen quite a few full on EV’s, this Taycan was charging outside our hotel. Munich has a large number of chargers.

Next to last day of our trip. We usually make it to Europe every 5-8 years and I’m always surprised at the car models that don’t make it to the states. My candidate this trip is the VW t-roc. The sport version in the convertible looks really nice. Not sure if they all come in white.
The server says I need to upload the pictures fro home cause they’re too big.
WI-FI has been a big issue in Rothenberg.
