would it be posible to fill one of those long spout little oil cans with rust converter then inject it when ever some rust is spotted?
im thinkin I could find a srew hole some where up in under dash and inject some down in to the ... well what ever that strip before door is called.
or would it just turn in to a big clot in the can or something?

Did exactly that with Wax-oil thru a hole I drilled from inside the car into the A post. The A post is what I believe you are referring to.
I taped over the hole with gorilla tape and screwed on the interior panel. Hope it delays the rust gremlins!!
