well I purchased a new splined hub set RFK1457 with the 2 eared knock offs, the set on my car are in good shape just a little rust, so I have a used set to sell, they have the octagon nuts, so if any one is interested send me a PM, so far fits TR4,4A, TR250 and TR6, 4 splines, 4 octagon nuts, wrench, and 16 wheel nuts

FWIW -- also fits the late TR3s & all TR3As.
...and can be used to "upgrade" even the earliest TR2 to wire wheels or, with the right hubs, to replace unavailable worn original wire wheel hubs on the earlier "Lockheed" TRs.

They probably would fit the Stag and the 2000/2.5/2500 sedan range as well.

Though truth be told, I never cared for the 'safety' octagon knock-offs, guess it was because I remember rooting for Messala in that chariot race all those years ago...

Are they unavailable? TRF had the fronts listed just a few days ago, although I didn't check the rears.

Yup, and the Stags at least had the safety knockoffs as original.
