Ordered the clutch rebuild kit (180-990) from Moss. It's definitely the wrong kit. Only one way too small lip seal for the piston and no fwd piston seal. We have the original TRW/Girling unit.
Going to call Moss in the morning, but it seems like there's only one rebuild kit available.
I've tried Moss UK and Rimmers to no avail. Any others?

Am I doomed for a replacement m/c?
If so, am I going to run into the same thing with the slave?

That appears to be the correct kit for your application (5/8" bore), which makes me wonder if you have a different master cylinder? Can you post a photo of the one you have? Meanwhile, I don't have an original Girling kit handy, so I can't compare that to the image on the Moss website for their 180-990 kit.
