Today's project: armrest recovering for the Spitfire. I bought the kit from Owen at Park Lane Classics in the UK. It is beautifully crafted and came with several precut foam pieces and very detailed directions. I figured this would be a breeze - looks can be deceiving, this was a lot harder than I expected. I think it turned out pretty good though. Still need to glue the tails down and fit the gaitor. Waiting for the glue to set overnight.

Fitting the cover; the top foam needs to be compressed and fitted perfectly between the seams. Clamps are your friend.
