I thought I saw somewhere a bolt on wheel for the TR3 with an adapted spinner. Was I wrong?

If you are looking for center lock wheels, Minilite used to have them in cast material. Others have also, at least in the past. I don't know of any in plain steel although I recently bought some for my Lotus. 13 inch of course so not for Triumph TR and about $1k for 4 with shipping.

Sounds like you might be asking about the Dunlop "D" style wheel (as found on Jaguars from the '50's). They are reproduced: > D Style Wheels – Realm Engineering Ltd <

Nice. Those look good on the Porshe. Over the pond, I see. What's shipping like?
