Hello
Does anyone have the Glove Box version of the Spitfire manual?
Here is a link to an ebay sale of the book.
https://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Triumph-S...d=p4506.c0.m245

Do this manual have good detailed information?

The book I originally wanted was the Bentley Shop Manual, Spitfire 1500 1975-80 from LBCarCo, but it is out of stock right now.
Looking at this glove box version as a temporary manual until the Bentley becomes available.

If anyone has a Bentley manual that would cover a January 1975 Sptifire 1500 that is surplus to their needs I would be interested.

Thanks

186 pages and it's called a Glove Box Manual. How big are the glove boxes in a Spit?

Big enough to hold one of those, Don. The Bentley (or factory "full" workshop manual) fits better in the trunk/boot.

But haven't you seen a typical modern new-car Owners Manual? Routinely 200-300 pages or more, as opposed to the 40-pagers that came with our Triumphs when new!
