I don't know that number.
Re: your speedo - tach relationship,
https://www.mintylamb.co.uk/gearspeed/ is a very cool calculator that will give you the exact figures, even taking your tire size into account. It doesn't have a "TR3" setting, but "TR4" is identical.
Approximations (close enough to keep one from getting speeding tickets) are:
(Not in Overdrive, with the 3.7 rear end and near-stock-size tires)
2nd gear: The speedo is the tach 1:1 -- 2000 RPM = 20 MPH, 3000 RPM = 30 MPH, etc.
3rd gear: tach x 1.5 = speedo -- 2000 RPM = 30 MPH, 3000 RPM = 45 MPH, etc.
4th gear: tach x 2 = speedo -- 2000 RPM = 40 MPH, 3000 RPM = 60 MPH, etc.
If you have the 4.1 rear end, RPMs would be about 10% higher at any given speed. There is a chart in the TR3 owners manual. It says:
10 MPH in 2nd = 1110 RPM (30 MPH = 3330 RPM)
10 MPH in 3rd = 731 RPM (30 MPH = 2193 RPM)
10 MPH in 4th = 552 RPM 40 MPH = 2208 RPM, 60 = 3312)
