TR6 speedometer cable

I think he's out of business. The place is empty and a mess.
I didn't want to bother you again with my messy work, working under the dash with those %$# Lucas bulbs and those little round thumbscrews. I also bought a length of hose for the dash vent. I'm around if you are willing to sprawl out again (maybe better to take the driver's seat out?). But on one condition. That I take you and your significant other out for dinner at a restaurant of your choice.

Job partway finished. It was a little cooler this am so I put a cushion on the driveshaft tunnel and sprawled out. Got one thumbscrew with ground wire and whatever you call that stupid thing that holds the tach in place and got the IGN bulb back in but not the others. Still to come is the speedo cable which should be a straightforward replacement without having to remove the instrument; the drivers side tach thumbscrew and gizmo that I can't seem to reach because of the steering column (which I'll be ****ed if I'll ever take out), and the remaining 3 or 4 bulbs. Also replacing the air hose to the dash vent. It was almost a pleasure working without sweat pouring down my face and in my eyes.
