Speedo recalibration for 3.54 diff

Just thinking ahead a little since I have to pull down my gearbox again to replace the dodgy repro synchro cones that didn't work.Is there a part I can change in the gearbox to update the speedo calibration to the new diff ratio? Original 4.11, new 3.54. Or is it done in the speedo itself?

I had to send my speedo to Nisonger to be recalibrated for the 3:54 rear end.

Two ways to do this:

1) get a ratio adapter
2) get new gearing in the speedometer

I did #2.
