Hi,

Does anyone know what the brake bleeder thread sizes are for the front and back of a 1975 TR6? The front caliper is the newer type with metric pipe threads, but I do not know if the bleeder valve is also metric.

Thank you.

Aloha Alan,

I just ordered some from them for my TR3. I've installed the one on the clutch slave cylinder and it was simple to bleed the air out of the line by myself. For what it's worth, the TR3 thread size is 3/8 x 24 TPI. I went to their web site:

https://speedbleeder.zoovy.com/

and asked them what size I needed. I told them the model car I had and which brake manufacturer was installed and received a prompt reply. I sure they know what you need.

In addition to the speedbleeder, I also ordered the tubing and collection bag they offer as an accessory. It is like a IV bag, solves the mess problem and you can't knock it over like a small jar.

Safety Fast,
Dave
