TR2/3/3A Spare tire

It should. I use a T135D15 mounted on a TR3 rim and it fits with lots of room to spare. (I keep a rolled up blanket stuffed in to take up excess space and keep it from sliding around.)

Where on earth did you find a 135R15?

The wheel also makes a difference. I use an early 4.5” wide wheel for the spare, with your same 135 size tire. It all fits easily. The 5” wheel was difficult to squeeze in, even with no tire at all.

I used a 145 R15 Firestone on a standard steel rim on my 56 TR3. Fit nicely. Cheers, Mike
