TR2/3/3A spare the TR3 rod?

In another week or two, my head will be back from the head shop. A TR6 pressure plate and drawing to drill the flywheel is coming from Herman. I installed my crank in the block yesterday. I'm getting closer...

Does anyone have a spare set of 3/8" pushrods? My engine had 7 5/16, with only one bent, and 1 3/8. If I could buy a used set, I'd be happy. -well, I'm already happy, but I'd be happier if I didn't need to spend another $50.

On a side note, I noticed that my TR3-cost.xls had been at $12,xxx for some time. It was because the column addition was set to a line number a ways up. It's over $14. I liked it better when it was stuck.

Oh... Don't do THAT!!!
I was actually appalled at the amount of money I lavished on that car.
I had NEVER spent that much on a car before.
Of course, I've never owned such a "nice" car before. They've ALL been ratmobiles.

In any case -- don't look. Just keep working on the car and, of course, don't quit your day job -- you're going to need the money...

Like I mentioned, all my spares are those skinny ones so unfortunately I can't help. I did spot an ebay offering this week, though, that had spare pushrods probably for around $10 delivered (if they are still there).

I've got a full set of 5/16" pushrods you can have, if you want them. Not bent, and the engine was running fine. I only swapped in the 3/8" set from the wrecked car because I had the head off for a leaking head gasket.
