For anyone interested, it's St. Albert, Alberta... aka Edmonton, Alberta. Drive one second north (literally) of Edmonton and you're in St. Albert.
As for the rarity claim, there's a fairly decent supply of Rover P6B's within North America, I just love the things people say sometimes...
