Source of a good speedometer cable?

Can anyone recommend a source for a good Bugeye speedometer cable? I'm trying to solve the well-known problem of the speedometer needle bouncing, and in this case it's pretty clearly the cable. The one I have is pretty springy; I can twist the transmission end about 45 degrees before the speedometer end moves, even with lots of lubricant.

I know, finding replacement parts of good quality isn't easy, but I can hope, I suppose.

I bought one from Moss. Needle jumped. I pulled the cable out put about a half a pound of grease on it, spun it using an electric drill, applied more grease and it works fine.

Unless no one has said before. Moss cables need lubed before installing.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've been working on the speedo alone, and got it to the point where it's accurate and smooth, by itself, but not when the cable is attached. Lots of grease seems to fix the problem, but I have a nagging suspicion that the "fix" won't last. So, maybe someone has figured out how to make a cable that it torsionally stiff but still bends easily. Maybe that's a contradiction; I just dunno.
