another bright light goes out, soupy sales has passed at the age of 83 reportedly of a lung problem, even as a kid i was nuts enough to dig him, sad, very sad... search "soupy sales obit", :frown:

Growing up in the NY metro area I used to watch Soupy on TV. When I was in my 20's my wife and I went to see him perform live. After the show Soupy was in the bar right across from me. We got to chatting, and he bought my wife and I a drink.
He will be missed.
