Just had a message on my answering machine letting me know that as I have ignored the final warning about fraudulent use of my SS Number a Federal warrant has been issued for my arrest.

It has been nice knowing you guys.

David

I also ignored my final courtesy call to extend my vehicle warranty.

I had the same still here! I had the call to go to my PC right a way! I said I could not but I did have time for PHONE SEX CLICK Madflyer

SWMBO and I both had suspicious activity reported yesterday on our non existent bank accounts. Off to find how much money is actually there.

I got yet another final notice on my 2004 Saab warranty about to expire yesterday. They just never give up. Oh, and we're gonna miss you David.

I got one the other day... "Unauthorized log-in on my PayPal account... click here to if it wasn't you"
David was it you that was poking around my PayPay account? :highly_amused:

With all the extra time on my hands I had to see what these pay pal accounts were all about.

Looks like I have problems with my Wells Fargo account again.

How about the call telling you your energy company overcharged and they'll give a 30% refund if you provide your name and bank account??…
I get that one a couple times a week.

I've been hiding out since I got that call.

You'll still be posting for awhile. I got one of those messages a couple of years ago and the police have still not shown up.

Watched Family Guy the other night. Mr. Pewtersmith fell for the Nigerian Prince scam, egged on by Peter who said it was a "can't miss" situation.

Same calls here, though Herself's Camry is the most recently built car in the 'fleet' at 2002... and some outfit named Penn Credit calls regularly at 8:30AM and never leaves a message. Many times I can hear phone room babble on the recordings of the answering machine before they hang up. If it weren't for the fact we use the number for business, there would be a profanity laden message on the answering machine. The 'bots wouldn't care and it might deter some of the human phone room outfits.

When they call and ask for me I say ; Just a min I will get him and just set the phone down until they are gone. And I am sorry but those that call asking for money at 74 that not going to happen. Madflyer

I like the ones that want to change my electric supplier. After I listen to them for awhile I tell them I don't know what account they are talking about because I don't have any electricity that I know of and if I did it would be handled by someone else.
