He's having his upholstery guy redo the seats with new vinyl. That Alcantara (whatever that is) was shot. Car will be turned over to me in good nick as the Brits would say. What will happen when I get my hands on it is problematical.
 
Further update. Seats were reupholstered in tan vinyl by "Santiago" in Miami. He's from Cuba and speaks little or no Ingles. Did a beautiful job and even added some foam padding - good for me. His price was very reasonable - less than $700.00. Doc- he does work for Auto Veloce.
