...that just put a smile on your face. I went go start the '74 TR6 which was put away after the fall rally season and the battery was still well charged, gas was good still, and she started right up after a small amount of cranking. Sweet...

After the TR8 fuel issues from sitting for the exact same amount of time this was a treat.

Gotta love it, T.
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of bringing a TR6 engine back to life for the first time in 5 years.

No, not this one, Don, down in Louisiana, Madisonville, by Lake Ponchatrain.
A nice lady with a 72 that her husband bought brand new and sadly left behind when he passed away.
I'm going to get it roadworthy for her, She's ready to start driving it again.

I took a trip up to see Richard Good on Friday.... A guy I met once with a TR here in Lancaster looked me up and asked if I'd "help him" install a new GP hub since he did not have a clue how to do it. Over I went and things went like a piece of cake... presto and it was in.

edit: I did try and convince him to change the studs but he wanted no part of that.... he will learn, but I tried!

That's always a legitimate question down here and I asked, Banjo, although I saw no evidence of it.
She said no.
It's just been sitting up waiting for interest to return.
