Pic of tools in "Orginal Sprite & Midget" on page 41. Now that may be correct but so are mine and they are different.

How do I know. I had a new car the jack was different screw jack went up middle of course but was surounded by a U shaped steal support (black) Lug wrench was the same and was Red. Jack handle was also a smaller ratchet thing and was Red.

The more I look the more errors I see in stuff. I wonder if there is a real definitive work out there?

Makes one wonder what is used as a concourse guide, checklist, example, etc.
 
Page 41 is the correct tool kit for Bugeyes and Mk-II's. My original 1443 mile Mk-II has these same tools. Look at page 84 are these the jack and rachet you are describing?

Well isn't that a kick, something else to keep an eye out for. Was sure that I remembered correctly but that was long ago and far away. Hawaii, 1961
