General TR Someone asked where to get DOT5 silicon brake fluid a while back

I did a search but couldn't find the topic. Anyway here is what I did. Advance Auto Parts carries it so I signed up on their web site and got a 25% off your purchase so I ordered 3 bottles and a couple of spin-on oil filters for my Tr250 and TR6. Free delivery to my front door too. Paid $8 and some change for each bottle. Hope this helps.

That's a good deal....I think I've seen DOT 5 on the shelves of every FLAPS around here, including the Walmart stores. "DOT5" in print may not be the most noticeable thing on the label, but "Silicone" usually is.
