Yeah, but that one has a ROVER V8!

Divine equine excretion!!!

Elan coupe. A real bargain... Duetto, wow.

I'll have to go rest a bit... seein' double now that I've put me eyeballs back in their sockets.

I dunno, Bro - $25K for that one - lots of ripples in the body there...

You really need to get yourself up here for a visit. Bill Hutton lives here - still building Elite coupes.

Here's one whose engine he built...

Has one of his own that he's just finishing. Absolutely gorgeous!

Geez... I saw $17k for that coupe.

As fer YOU, Scotty.... I suspect I'd outrun ya. WithOUT a Buick. :jester:

Indeed....

US$17K and change isn't too bad for that. I think the early Elan Coupe (before the "extractor vents") was the prettiest Elan made.
Just TD money when you think about it, for a lot more car.

There are two cars that I've regretted selling - one was an Elan like that one and the other was a '71 VeeDub bus. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Heck, I want that 1971 Honda 1300, seems like a really interesting car...

There was one of those in London at Honda's place in Chiswick for a while. They considered importing them for sale into the UK, but never did. It was quite a nice car, with good performance, and might have done well if it were priced right.

WOW - that's weird! There was a different one that I saw on that link yesterday - white one that needed body work and restoring for $25K. Don't know where it went, but the yellow one came up for me just now. You're right; the yellow one looks a steal!
