I liked the black MGA with the minilites, the deloreans - even the yellow one (although I can never figure why someone would want to paint over the stainless steel). Oh, and what was the red car next to the Cobra? An AC or Ferrari?
See attached for my buddy's Healey-- there were some real beauties. This one of several LBC's there done by Craig Vaughn and his crew at Foreign Car. There was also a beautiful little BRG Austin Seven there and a mini cooper woody.
I talked to the owner of the Mini woody for some time. Great guy. Has 3 original Minis, a new one, a TD and an MGA project. Was telling me that last year the woody caught fire (along with the MGA and part the garage and his hands!)
That 'black' MGA is actually eggplant. A very dark purple. Greay leather interior and a big honking Buick V8 stuffed in the bonnet. It belongs to John Mangles, took a rare 3rd place.
