Well, just whip out your checkbook, Doc!

Re: Some "Drool Induction" for ya!

Cut that out Doc, just cut that out. If I had to pick any one car I could have forever, that car is on my very shgort list. I would likely have to pck a Daytona, so I could drive in the cold or wet days, but the pontoon TR is a mighty close second. Lets see, I could sell my tools, my cars, my soul.... nope still not enough

What’ya mean? A 250 TR is ideal for the wet. You don’t have to worry about the carpets getting soaked.

I don't know if the image will work as it is my first try, but here is my all time favorite Ferrari. It is a 1957 250 Cabriolet Series I. 0655GT was a Pininfarina prototype built for the 1957 Geneva Auto Show and purchased by Peter Collins the Ferrari Team race driver. I love the cut down driver door, 'frameless' windshield, long hood and the covered headlights.

hmmm, can't seem to get the image up. Oh well, I just made it larger and you can click on the site and see it.

Re: Some "Drool Induction" for ya!

What a beautiful car. I really like the ones with the clear (plexi, acrylic, perspex?) hood scoop blister.

Re: Some "Drool Induction" for ya!

WOW!!! I've never seen that one before...what clean lines...does it have roll-up windows?

Re: Some "Drool Induction" for ya!

AND!!

..Ya can trim yer fingernails by simply reachin' outboard to scratch yer.... ermm... well....

Same as a Lotus Seven! :smirk:

Re: Some "Drool Induction" for ya!

That is some knock out of a read head, with and without her clothes on.

Re: Some "Drool Induction" for ya!

The downdraft carbs always made the ferrari engines taller, excepr for the ones that used sidedraft like the Lamborghinis (except the Miura, which was also downdraft).

Somehow sidedraft just seems more natural from a British car point of view.
