Sold my apartment, bought a driveway

with a larger apartment and garden attached! Right across the street.
Somewhat of a handyman's special. It is going to need allot of work.

<span style="font-weight: bold">Even </span>the driveway is going to need work! The first thing is going to bring in an exterminator! I haven't seen so many huge nasty cockroaches since I moved out of Manhattan.


The new apartment is across the street from the old apartment. The garden is attached to the new apartment, and fortunately on the same side of the street as the apartment.

This apartment was actually a lucky find. Because of the renters who were there and their mess, it sold for way less than it would have otherwise, and dropped it into the high end of my budget. Real estate here is extremely expensive and has become somewhat of an extreme sport. Mostly because there simply aren't enough apartments to meet the demand.
