I have what may be the origonal top for my car. It seldom sees the rain, but I do enjoy driving it in the winter when its not to cold(about 20 degrees is it) and dry. I've patched a hole, the back window had something spilled on it while stored and has discolored a little. On my sons TR6 he has a zip out rear window that really is nice in the summer. It gives you shade and a lot of ventilation. Although I have two going to college now, this might be something for the winter to do. Anybody have a top or experience with one like this. It seems like a nice upgrade. Also, just what was the original storage in a bugeye of the top.

I have a zip out rear window in my MGB and it's GREAT!! when it's hot out I zip it out, the top gives nice shade and I call the air rushing through my "MG AC"!

I've had VERY good luck with Prestige Auto Trim in the UK. They make nice products at a good price. If I'm reading their site correctly looks like they make a zip out window for a "frogeye" for $249. #1015 But I would call them. Speak with Danny. THey have a "800" number that lets you dial them directly in the UK from the states.

Looks good, and the price is more than reasonable. We'll have to see what the summer will bring. My bugeye is red, I'm thinking a tan top. Just a dreaming.

Tan sounds good from here. Just different enough to look really nice.
