I've got a set of those myself. Aluminum alloy (not magnesium) and very sturdy. I'd say that, if there are no obvious cracks or damage, they are most likely fine.
Note that the special lug nuts can be a bit hard/expensive to find. The shank of the nut has to fit snugly in the hole, as that is what locates the wheel, and be the right length to reach mostly through the wheel but not bottom against the hub. They also should have special heavy flat washers. The lug nuts & washers wound up costing me more than the wheels did ...
