The little fitting on the front carb that is the attachement for the vacumn advance 1/8 line.

Went all over no joy, but I had found a steel bolt that fit. So went to ACE and found a brass one that threaded in.

Drilled a 3/16 hole length wise through the bolt then cut it off and drilled in a bit from the other end 1/8 size and fitted a 1/8th copper tube and sodered it in. Ground the other end of the bolt to fit the bottom of the hole in the carb. Will use some teflon tape when I install it.

Why shucks, kind of a fun little job.

Oh and I note that the whole is only open when the butterflys are open. No advance at idle.
