Snowy Weather Activities

Friday's snow nixed my plans to drive the 250 this weekend. It gave me an excuse to plug away at the 3A project. I also had the time to sort out the compressed air system by adding a drier and regulator. No more clumps in the blast media. :yesnod:

You are really trying to torture Dale, aren't you Frank?

Now Frank, you aren't actually going to smoke in that TR3A of yours are you?

Very nice, I need more room, you've given me too many ideas for new toys.

Randy

Randy: No, but that reminds me of the last time I ever smoked a cigarette and it was in a TR. My future wife and I were out one night in my '67 4A and I popped the question. She said yes, conditionally. The condition was for me to quit smoking. So, I put out my Marlboro in that little TR ashtray and never smoked again. We've been together for 39 years and no regrets. We had some great times in that TR!!!

BTW, I've been meaning to ask you. Did you get kidded about your name in England? I am assuming you know what "randy" means in England lingo.

Cheers,

Frank

That's why I normally sign my name as Randall on the TR Register site, except when I'm feeling a little frisky!

Randy

Hi Frank,

It's not every day you find a really wise lady....one who dislikes smoking but appreciates TR's. Took me yonks to find one, and we've been goin' out, engaged, then hooked, for 42 years this September 3rd.

She still loves her LBC, preferably with burr walnut, having started with a Humber (Singer) Vogue, and moved thru Rovers, Jags etc. But she does transgress from the walnut to "red and chrome" occasionally, and grabs the keys to the open 66 Mustang.

Still wonder how she knows exactly when I've just filled it !.

Best regards,

Viv.
