:grief: 60 degrees one day and the next 28 and snowing! Typical Oklahoma weather. I'll be so happy when nice weather gets back and stays around for a while. Planted tomatoes a few days ago, now covered with a stand off tarp and 100 watt bulbs underneath. Hope it works, fingers crossed. :concern: PJ

57 yesterday and ground covered this morning. Yepper, tired of it. I'll have to mow some sections tomorrow and complain about that too. At least F-1 is at a 'normal' time tis weekend!

Lost our 'corn plants' in the front yard to a freeze last month, first one in five or six years. Been unusually cold over the last few months, my flip-flops think they've been abandoned.

Just hovering around freezing here - and has been - much much colder than usual. (and abig wind storm this week to boot)

Here you go Doc, get a pair of these and put your flip flops back on! :highly_amused:

I had to postpone Special Olympics Bocce because there was ice on the ground this morning. Hopefully next Saturday will be nicer.

I finally got around to mowing the yard for the first time-
(I found two trees,three kids,& their bicycles!).
When I left for work this morning, their was frost on the
clumps of grass (I used a mulching mower).
