You know I'm just kidding don.... I'm sorry that you guys have the miserable white stuff. We are bound to get it good on the east coast at some point :frown:
Stay safe.
Hey I'm putting rocks in circles, standing triangles on points.
Anything to ship it your way.
Got freezing rain in Seattle. Airport was closed for a while.
This was not in the contract!
S'pose to start raining Friday. That will be a lot of fun!
News seems to indicate 5-12 inches MORE today. HAD to go out in it today, wife had to open the church office, I had to get cat supplies. Three more inches on the back steps, which I shoveled prior to departure, in about 2-1/2 hours. Nothing plowed. Actually, studded snows bite better in soft stuff anyway.
Inside now, I can't handle any more Lexus's doing 7 mph and causing the rest of us to slide off the crown of the road.
1600 local, and it's STILL snowing. And, the lovely bride wants to go to work tomorrow (has to do the church bulletin), which means I am gone for who knows how long.
Arghhhhhh........................
I just found out that a Datsun 210 wagon with studded snows on the back work GREAT!! Had no problem on the road but it took me almost 2 hours to get thru the ice to open the doors! (about 1/2" thick in places). The back hatch finally opened and allowed me in ("open the pod bay door Hal!!!")
BillM
Gee thanks don.... I guess your primitive tribal dance around Seattlehenge has worked. We are expecting the white stuff tonight. Do me a favor and send some to doc so he doesn't forget
