The only thing I can get 'round these parts is Ethanol laced for Oxygenates. I noticed the fuel economy differences during the transition period when I could buy gas at one station that stated Ethanol use on its pumps, and buy gas at another station that stated MTBE use on its pumps. I always got 4 to 5 MPG better in the city with MTBE. I figure 25MPG on Ethanol on the HWY would translate to about 30MPG (possibly better) on MTBE on the HWY.
