Smiths Heater - Completely Restored

I had intended to keep this as a spare but found yet another unrestored unit. I want to offer this to fellow forum members before I put it on ebay. This unit came from a mid-range TR-3A (1959). It has been completely dissembled, cleaned, and powder-coated with the correct black wrinkle finish. The motor has been removed, cleaned, commutator turned down, new brushes installed and tested.
The heater core has been boiled out and tested and no leaks found. The only minor flaw is that the small white plastic handles are chipped.

If you have an interest in purchasing this heater, please send me a PM.

I will put this on ebay Sunday night, 30 March.

Cheers,

Frank

Frank, I'm amazed that one of the TR3 owners hasn't snagged that thing.
