1.)Has any body had a failure with these head lights?
2.) Has anybody had these head lights for more than a year?
3.) Has any body had any electrical problems useing the
OE wiring for these lights?

i installed a set on my toyota wagon and have had no problems of failures in the 6 months or so. Of course now that i said that....one will most likely blow tomorrow morning. I have been very pleased with them...a noticable difference over the stock halogens that i had.

I installed them on my TR6 back in August. Np problems to report.
Of course, I don't drive it at night very much. So the Silverstars have'nt gotten used a whole lot, but the times I've used them they have been great.

I've thought about putting them on my daily drivers, but since I rarely drive the TR3 at night, I've never considered using them on it.

Got em on my TR6, and they really are bright. I use them sometimes during the day and (obviously) at night. They used to just look like 2 yellow dots during the day, but now the whole headlight glows like a bleached firefly. Plugs without any modifications whatsoever to stock wiring and works fine on low and high beams. Highly recommended.
