Hello all,

I have a '73 and sometimes when I'm out running errands, the car will start slow
and when I press on the gas its as if there's a lull and I play with the choke
and pedal and it'll respond but if I do nothing it'll stall.
It has a couple of fuel filters in line, a real small one just before the carbs. I was
thinking of removing it. Also would a heat shield be of any benefit. Its not really warm here yet.
Maybe a through cleaning of the carbs? The car runs great except for this glitch.
Thanks for any advice.
Bill
