Sleeved Thermostat

I can't tell for certain if it is open - but on a side note I am not convinced that it is a true sleeved thermostat. I think a sleeved thermostat has a sleeve outside the case, tied to the bellows piece that shuts off the bypass when it heats up.

This one doesn't have that - I only noticed because I've bought a couple just like it before I realized the difference.

Here's an original sleeved thermostat. The one on e-bay doesn't have the sleeve, and it is open. Maybe it was very hot where he took the picture. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif
 
There are two types of bellow thermostats. See top and bottom right.
