Slave Cylinder question

Just removed my clutch slave cylinder and discovered my repair kit pieces look too small. This is a delphi cylinder that was on it. Also found the clutch arm boot was disintegrated.

What is the correct size for the 66 sprite 1098 and should I just replace this with the correct one rather than trying to rebuild?

I have had the master resleeved to its original 3/4 as the PO had put in a 7/8 replacement at some point.

Richaard, I just replaced mine on my 65 with a new VB cylinder for 49.00. Quality part, I felt it wasn't something worth trying to rebuild since it is such an important part and mine had a lot of corission.
