With the snow coming down here in California there should be very good spring skiing. While the roads are dry I would love to drive the 250 to Heavenly Valley or Kirkwood ski resorts. So I am in need of a ski rack for the 250. If any one has a lead on one please let me know.

Here's one for a TR3:

Best rack I had was the one at the Lodge! I'd put my boots and stuff in the trunk on my way out of town, when I got to the lodge/resort I rented the newest skies available, which was usually pretty good gear, all waxed and tuned. At the end of the day I turned them in and headed home. Best rack was no rack! There is nothing like the top down driving in the mountains and snow toped mountains are surrounding, you don't have to fuss with or worry someone is going to make off with your skies!

That one is pretty interesting. I wonder if there is a provision for getting the passenger in and out. I have one for a TR3 that I think came from Anco in the 1960's. It mounts on the boot lid. I don't know if they ever made one for the TR5 or any of the later cars.

Well that is one way to do it! I like the suction cup method, Dorn your way is probably the best.
