Whole thing is sketchy. "Precision" seems to be reliant on a scale and dividers with occasional use of a dial caliper... and using the caliper for indexing the cuts? Wonder how long said compressor runs. And that forge? Wow.
No wonder some of the aftermarket bits we get for LBC's ~almost~ fit and sometimes work.
I've somewhere got a photo of a young Asian guy with a stick welder in one hand, holding a welder's mask to his head with the other, squatting down and in sandals, using one foot to hold a couple pieces of wrought-iron together close enough for welding into a fence gate... on the city sidewalk in front of a shop.
