1.the induction heater looks toast, but I don't need it, so will just install it back with no wires.
Or should I ditch it and get a spacer?
2. Can anyone confirm which carb this is? I'm thinking SU hif44, but no experience.
3. The whole reason I took it off, was because it floods after shutting down. Assuming the float was bad, but it's fine, completely sealed.
So do I just buy the rebuild kit and put it back together? Why else would it flood?
Thank you!

It heats up the intake air on cold days.
I didn't know I had it, or even how to use it!
Only discover it when I pulled the carb.
There's no gasket behind it, only in front so I'm not sure even how to restore it.
